How to get taller?

There are many ways to get taller, but there is only handful of them really work.

Getting taller is much like constructing a skyscraper. It gets taller when the labors keep constructing the building. Basically, if the labors stop working, the building will not continue to get taller. It is kind of similar to our body. If the bone tissues stop growing, the rate of growth would probably stunt.

So, what does it all mean?

Get enough sleep. At least 8 hours. The rate of growth stunt when we do not get enough sleep. Let's take an example: If the labors do not get enough rest, they would probably have no energy to continue to work. Therefore, the building will not be able to get taller.

Many people may ask what can they do if they could not sleep. Well, my answer is drink plenty of water before you go to bed. Just plenty, not too much or else you could not sleep because you will always go to the washroom. Switch off the light to reduce heat to the eyes.

Sometimes old saying like, "If you want to get taller, you should consume more milk." The truth is they are right. Milk contains calcium which increases your bone tissues and makes them stronger. Of course, I strongly encourage you to take more homemade yogurt which is much better.

There is one thing which is vital in order to get taller. That is workout. It is one of the ritual of getting taller. Most people might say this is crap, outlandish or something. I have try this before and it works. I still remember when I was 14...my height is 166 cm which is near to my target 168 cm. One of my teacher suggest my friends and I to climb monkey bar. This suggestion looks crappy, but the result is spectacular.

I did not attend to gym, so I do it with a stick at home. Astonishingly, it does work in the third month. Well, it still does not hit my target yet (168 cm), but I really appreciate this result. At least I have put some effort, and my height does increase.

Besides monkey bar, there are some exercise and workout that can be easily done at home and help you to grow taller.
