The Silly Moment of Mine...

Today, it's weekend. I woke up early in the morning because I am going to attend Tang Soo Do training session. It started from 10 am to 12 pm. Both of my parent are hectic person...so I have to arrive there around 9 am.

This is the story:

Early in the morning, I woke up from the bed, and I went down to brush my teeth, and have my lovely breakfast. Before my father have started whining, I quickly bolted into the loo and took a bath.

After I have taken bath, I wore the robe and sprint into the car. Hopefully, I am not late.

It's around 10 minutes later, I was in the school compound. It's raining that time. I saw the members of Taekwondo were training in the MPH (Multi-Purpose Hall). But wait...where is the member of Tang Soo Do?

Unfortunately, my father has left the school compound. I have to wait until 10 am to confirm training has been called off. One of my teacher passed by and asked, "Are you Taekwondo member, why you are not in the MPH for training? Your instructor haven't arrived yet?" I almost forget Tang Soo Do has quite similar robe with Taekwondo's one. So, I answered him, "I am not Taekwondo member, I am Tang Soo Do's member." He nodded and left.

It's around 9.45 am, there is no member of Tang Soo Do has arrived yet. I strolled to the Notice Board and saw this message: "There is TSD training on this Saturday, from 10 am to 12 pm." There is no date mentioned in the notice...so this is why I assumed that there is training today.

School is reopening and there is no update on the notice board. At least, they should mentioned the date in the notice.

After a few moment, I saw a car arrived. It stopped for a moment and the car turned and left. The car looks familiar, it's one of the Tang Soo Do member's car. I can see how smart the parent is.

Well, I called my father and he said that he will arrive 30 minutes later. So, I wait patiently in the corridor.

In this moment, I daydreamed and played with the stray dogs in the school. Despite the dogs are mucky, but they are friendly. I used to play with the dogs before the training has been started.

After 25 minutes (not sure), my father fetched me from the school. I was so grateful...

From this incident, I would like to tell everyone that...even things which is small and not important is very important. Sometimes I don't even bother for small things and never take care of it. Now, I finally realized how important for things which we don't bother to care like the stray dogs I mentioned and the notice board. I can see how blissful the dogs slept on my lap this morning. Although I am quite pissed off this morning, but I think everything happen for a reason. Most importantly, I have learnt something for that incident. I hope this incident happen to me, but you learnt from this incident.

New Year, New You

It's new year. The main reason why I love New Year it's because I often got refreshed. Well, I guess most of us have New Year Resolution which is a great thing to have.

In my New Year Resolution, I want to be a great blogger. That is my wish. Actually, I love sparing time to blog, and I think it is a great thing to do in my spare time. I love to share what inspired me, and I know it's a noblest thing to do. I believe that living a life is not a three-month or one year project. It's a journey. Basically, I also believe that the more great things we do, the more great things we receive at the end of the day. This is why I rather doing something which makes life a blissful journey for everyone of us.

Well, do you ever wonder what dreams are made of? When I was a child, I am quite naive. I have been asking my English Language teachers, "How dreams look like? Can you draw it for me?" This is the first time I saw my teacher got extremely clueless.

When I was eight, I remember this is when I finally got the meaning of dream. At the same time, I learnt that the best time we have is to live the life of our own dream. Not live for others.

When I turned fourteen, my English Language teacher show the class a video clip. It described the real meaning of dream in life, and the clip is inspiring. It touches our heart in the class. And I hope you'll love it.

The message of this video is strong, and it enlightens me that we should do what we love and fulfill our dream. This is our birthright. Never let others grab the pen and write our life story. It is important to finish the important task in our life. Most importantly, we should always be courageous to love what we love. Life is short. Always be courageous to do what we love because it is always the last key in the bunch which unlock the door.

How to get taller?

There are many ways to get taller, but there is only handful of them really work.

Getting taller is much like constructing a skyscraper. It gets taller when the labors keep constructing the building. Basically, if the labors stop working, the building will not continue to get taller. It is kind of similar to our body. If the bone tissues stop growing, the rate of growth would probably stunt.

So, what does it all mean?

Get enough sleep. At least 8 hours. The rate of growth stunt when we do not get enough sleep. Let's take an example: If the labors do not get enough rest, they would probably have no energy to continue to work. Therefore, the building will not be able to get taller.

Many people may ask what can they do if they could not sleep. Well, my answer is drink plenty of water before you go to bed. Just plenty, not too much or else you could not sleep because you will always go to the washroom. Switch off the light to reduce heat to the eyes.

Sometimes old saying like, "If you want to get taller, you should consume more milk." The truth is they are right. Milk contains calcium which increases your bone tissues and makes them stronger. Of course, I strongly encourage you to take more homemade yogurt which is much better.

There is one thing which is vital in order to get taller. That is workout. It is one of the ritual of getting taller. Most people might say this is crap, outlandish or something. I have try this before and it works. I still remember when I was 14...my height is 166 cm which is near to my target 168 cm. One of my teacher suggest my friends and I to climb monkey bar. This suggestion looks crappy, but the result is spectacular.

I did not attend to gym, so I do it with a stick at home. Astonishingly, it does work in the third month. Well, it still does not hit my target yet (168 cm), but I really appreciate this result. At least I have put some effort, and my height does increase.

Besides monkey bar, there are some exercise and workout that can be easily done at home and help you to grow taller.
